The location was perfect close to the beach and meadowlands and sunsets. There was a lot of room for 4 adults and 3 kids. Loved the extra large dining table for family meals and games.

I felt like the property was just okay.
I was disappointed in the cleanliness of the house.
It doesn’t look like anyone had dusted in years. The carpet was dirty and had crumbs. There was an issue with the cable (it was resolved while we were there, but still an inconvenience).
Also the listing says 1 king, 2 queens and twin bunk beds.
The master bedroom doesn’t have a king, it’s definitely a queen.

The view was outstanding. All Bed Mattresses were super comfy! Very clean & beautifully decorated. The only negative was that the Shower Curtain in the hall Bath had Mold all over the bottom. We rented at the end of the Season, but perhaps this type of thing could be checked more frequently?
