We have stayed at the same rental for five years, and we already have reserved for 2024. Berger Realty and our agent Graham Ginn handle our bookings very well. I will add…the folks who own the unit we rent are fabulous too.

Overall it was a positive experience and Evie went above and beyond with customer service. I know this has nothing to do with Berger, but overall OC social distancing was poor.

1523 Asbury 1st flood was excellent. Please tell the owners that we enjoyed our second year there and have already reserved for 2020, because we like their rental so much. Convenient, comfortable, and very nicely furnished and equipped.
