Have been using this rental property the past few years, the same week. Works well with our family.

We had a lovely time, and my comments are not meant to be overly critical, but maximize the potential of this wonderful home. Mattresses were very comfortable. However, many of the finishes were more 'tired' than I remembered when I viewed the property 2 years prior. Porch floor needs refinishing. Paint-dirty, sliding door in MBR wouldn't lock. Several ceiling light bulbs were burned out, A dishdrain would be helpful. A vacuum that is able to be used on all the hard floor surfaces should be provided. A functional dustpan would also be helpful for cleaning.

Some items needed repair: sliding doors did not lock; screens on doors not usable, off the rollers; dishwasher not in good condition; attempted to keep garage door locked to keep our car and beach equipment secure - upstairs owner adamant that it be kept UNLOCKED!

LOCATION IS EXCELLENT AND THE RENTAL PROPERTY IS WELL MAINTAINED. THIS WAS THE SECOND YEAR AT THIS PROPERTY AND HOPING TO RENT THE SAME NEXT YEAR.
