Lauren was fantastic we have used Berger many times in the past as slways we were very satisfied. Berger has perfected the check in/out ! The house itself could have used a better cleaning I know there is a time crunch to get the properties ready but some things were so obvious like the front of the fridge ! Huge dust bunnies everywhere I had to sweep them up! Oh well all in all it was a great week
