We thoroughly enjoyed 905 Park Place. The elevator was helpful in loading and unloading luggage, the kitchen was stocked well, the rooms were all spacious and the layout was good for our needs. We loved being so close to the beach and boardwalk. Highly recommend.

Only problem is that the owner scheduled a noisy power washing while we were there and she stayed in the house for 4 hours until it was completed. Great house though. We had a wonderful stay otherwise.

Lovely vacation even amid the coronavirus. Youngsters spent time on the beach. We ate in the house every night. Played a lot of board games. Had a great time. Thank you!

We have been renting from Berger for well over a decade. We have always had a great experience. We especially find the webpage easy to use as we can target our preferred second floor properties easily. I would suggest adding "approximate year built" to the home rental information and, if possible, updating the home photos every five years or so as we rented a property recently based on photos and, upon arrival, the property was so run down and neglected. It was quite a shock as you can imagine. However, we love our agent and would never rent from any other agency. All the best to you and your staff.
