Clean and comfortable house with great space. The furniture was perfect for our family of six. We had plenty of sitting and relaxing space as well as a large dining table to accommodate extra guests.

only real complaint about the rental property was that the internet Wi-Fi was kind of iffy and finicky. Otherwise we enjoyed the property again just as last year.

If we had one suggestion it would be to add a few more kitchen items - grater, pans, casserole dishes, serving spoons, mixing bowls. etc.

Ellen was great! Kept us up to date on the AC issue and the repair, we had no issue at all with the AC. When the storm hit and power went out, we checked in Ellen, was very reassuring that the island was without power and would keep us posted on any issues. 1630 Asbury 2nd floor was beautiful and the owner was very nice about the AC repair. Plan to return to the same place next summer just checking dates
