Was very disappointed in this years rental. First place we rented in OC where I felt was dirty. Blinds were very dusty. The blinds over the kitchen sink and near the dining room table had splashes of food debris. In the hallway bathroom we replaced the shower curtain on the tub because it was moldy. The master bath shower curtain was the same but we tried not to use the shower too much. Nice location but definitely wouldn’t rent it again.

2488 Central needs the attention of a maintenance man who can do some plumbing and painting. They got to get a new table for the porch. Really need to address the shower head in the master bathroom. Water comes out everywhere.
