Great vacation rental. Near the boardwalk and beach. Very clean, well stocked with a wide array of kitchen appliances, beach chairs, boogie boards, etc. Nicely appointed rooms.

The house greatly exceeded our expectations. It had everything we needed to cook that many rentals lack; large pots and pans, canopener, and peeler. They even had a crockpot and electric tea kettle. The home was nicely decorated and very clean. We enjoyed being a short walk from the beach. Thanks for a great week!

This is our 4th year at this particular property. We are very happy with this rental and hope to return for many years. The owners of our rental own two homes, next to each other. The first year we were in 1816 Central, the last three years we were in 1812 Central. The units are exactly the same, except for what is in the storage shed. We wish that 1812 had a beach cart, like 1816. With 4 small grandchildren, it would make life easier to have a cart to take all we need, to the beach.

This is the 4th year we have rented this property. We were pleasantly surprised to find a brand new kitchen and new vanities in both bathrooms. Only thing the property needs now is some new carpeting. We hope that others who use the property will take good care of the ceramic cooktop and granite counter tops. When we first arrived there were cooked on spots on the cooktop that had not been cleaned properly. I cleaned it as best I could.
