Great house and great location. We were six adults with four young children and it was perfect for us. Convenient to beach and boardwalk and places on Asbury to shop. We would consider renting this property again. Our only complaint was mattresses were uncomfortable.

They need to upgrade the mattresses. Also, the hall rug is dirty looking. The tv in the master bedroom doesn’t work.
Vacuum is very heavy! Hazardous tape in kitchen (for the rug).

Main deck was not usable, since furniture was still being assembled and awning was not attached. It was disappointing, but the rest of the house was fantastic, though.
