We love the property and have rented it for several years. We wish the owners would install a hand rail on the stairs as there are 5 or six steps and no hand rail.

The only issue we have with the rental is there is no handrail for the 5 steps up to Bedrooms and bathrooms. I have my elderly parents with me and this was difficult for them.
