This is the third year staying at same property. We love the location but feel updates need to be done. The fans need chains on them to regulate, we had issues with ants in kitchen/ dining area and just feel some updated overall is required.

Will not rent 4112 Asbury again.
It was clean but old. It needs some upgrading like new keys or locks had a hard time getting in.

Would have rated Excellent if it wasn’t for aggrivation caused the gas range temperature being inaccurate. The high settings on the top took an hour to bring a large pasta pot to a boil. The oven ran at least 50 degrees lower than reading. When temperatures were set higher in order to compensate items cook too quickly and burned on one occasion. This problem was annoying since we cook/eat most of our meals in.
That being said the owner stopped by on our arrival and was most welcoming! The location is excellent. The rental is well equipped with cooking and eating equipment. The rental is clean. When we had a problem with the a/c it was rectified quickly by Berger.
